I thought I'd display my five favorite pieces. The choices were difficult and frankly somewhat subjective allthough I believe all five pieces are good example of my best work. I would love to hear from you if you find a piece on this site that you think should be on this list and if so what piece or pieces would you replace?  Send me an e-mail if you like.

Here they are!

A Case on Stand designed to hold an antique Bible for the Levy Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas 2015
After watch several Jane Austen films I thought  what a great challenge it would be to design and build a piece that might sit well in at least one modest room in one of those stories....I decided on a Writing Desk as per the situation of Fitzwilliam Darcy. The design is not a reproduction of any particular piece. But I'll say that my goal was to produce a piece that has the look and feel of something you might find in one of those settings.
The desk is made from Walnut, Walnut veneer, and Sapele.
The design is dominated by gilded carvings, edge treatments and moldings.
